Coranado Island Getaway

Day 1: Silver Beach at Sunset

Day 2: All About the Sand & Waves baby!

Some Pool time after playing in the sand!
Coranado Boat House for Anniversary Dinner!
Us Hanging out on the room balcony. And by the way Brey locked us out of the room for a few minutes cuz she was upset we wouldn't open the door for her!! Luckily she wasn't holding too long of a grudge so she unlocked it for us after she got a good laugh in.
Day 3: Disneyland
Brey had a lot of fun regardless of what the photos show because of when we snapped them. She especially loved the tea cups! So not my kid!!! I couldn't believe I SURVIVED that much spinning. But I am proud of myself because I did!!!!!
Day 4: Lounging

The Coranado Park & Shopping Fun
Imperial Beach Pier at sunset...So PRETTY!!

Seriously...we had such a GREAT time!!! It was far better than what we were expecting for an anniversary trip with Breyonna. David and I love eachother and enjoy time alone but we have a kid and another on the way and we were so HAPPY to celebrate our togetherness with the ones that make it another happy reason to be TOGETHER than just our honest love for eachother and that is..our kids!!

Baby To Big Girl...way too fast!

Our Little Sleepover Slumber Party in the family room the night before baby dolls birthday!
Gifts, Pinata bashing and some Cake & Ice cream!
Daddy & Brey
Family Fun in the water!

Our little baby doll is no longer a baby anymore!!! No longer tiny and innocent. Now she is a big girl who has a mind of her own and will do whatever she pleases. We can't believe how fast time really does fly.

More Gifts!!!!
We had a little party for Brey at the pool in Casa Grande. Its a little drive out there but we couldnt think of a better way Brey would wanna spend her special day then in the WATER! So all the family in AZ showed up and even Jake for a little bit. After the traditional birthday stuff, we went in the water for some swimming fun. Later at home we let Brey open her other gifts from us and the ones Gramma & Grandpa Crawford mailed and spent the rest of the night playing with Brey and her new toys. She loved them all! We had a fabulous Spaghetti dinner (Brey's Fave) with a salad and french bread. And finished her birthday off with yet another sleepover in the family room! FUN TIMES!!
To you our precious Breyonna....We LOVE you so much!!! You have surely brightened our days and have filled our hearts with overwhelming joy! We pray you will always be the way you are now...sweet and caring and very happy....maybe minus the tantrums and you could be a little less demanding :) but other than that...you are perfect!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY OUR SWEET ANAH-NA!! :)

Sliding on Ice

David's excitement to go Ice Skating!
Our First time on Ice!

Ben & Jill invited us to swing by the Polar Ice and take a try at some Ice Skating on Labor Day after our temple trip. So we did. We didn't fall once which was pretty amazing...especially for me. It was a fun time but poor little brey did not get to skate...no teeny tiny skates for her. :( But she was a good sport watching us, although we could tell she wanted in on the action.

Heaven on Earth

Our Labor Day!
A Day Off + Mesa Temple Grounds = An Enjoyable Time Together!!

That's Naughty Naughty Breyonna!

David & I found little miss breyonna screaming in horror as she sat in her little car in the play room....and this is why!

A few minutes without being checked on and a SHARPIE later breyonna looked at her leg and thought perhaps she was HURT. Thus the screaming. David and I saw the mess all over her legs and completely PANICKED!!!!! OH CRAP we thought as our eyes frantically scoped the room for the permanent marker! How it happened that there was not one other spot with sharpie on it, we have NO IDEA. But boy are we so GRATEFUL!
David was a nice daddy and scrubbed the daylights out of Brey to get that ink off. Once she saw that it was coming off and that we weren't gonna kill her, Brey was at ease and able to laugh about it. Ps. Pardon the pic not being censored. I was unable to edit it. so just don't let your eyes wander!

And this...This is Breyonna thinking it wasn't such a good idea sneaking into moms make up drawer after all. Sad that it took her eyelashes being stuck together with mascara to realize that.

Let The Rain Fall, Lighening Strike N The Thunder Role

GOTTA LOVE ARIZONA LIGHTENING AND THUNDERSTORMS!

Nothing like lightening constantly flashing through the entire sky as it is accompanied by the thunder rolling so loud and with such force that your home shakes around you. Or the rain, as it just down pours so fast that the streets are flooded in seconds.

Little Brey is like her mommy, cautious, but certainly not scared of the thunderstorms. NO WAY! She especially invites the rain. She loves it when mom and daddy take her outide during a down pour and drag her through the streets to get soaked! I know that doesnt seem like a very responsible thing to do as parents but when the lightening is far away and since it is NOT, by any means, cold outside(even in the rain) for possible colds then..WHY NOT??? She loves it-we love it.
Today little Brey slept in and missed the real good thunderstorm that hit our place in the early morning. Still she insisted i take her outside anyway to play in the light spinkle.

Family Pool Party

All of our family here in AZ got together at a pool and splashpad in a community where the bros own a house together in Casa Grande to flip. Two water slides, a splashpad and a little shallow beach section with life gaurds! Awesome! It was so fun to have the others there with us! We really should do family things like that more often. For our little family, we had a blast and will definately be going there again soon!! After all, the Pics show we had a FUN time!!

Pleasant Getaway

Seriously...Our parents place is the most relaxing enjoyable retreat ever for all of us in my little family!! So much to do yet you can choose to do absolutely nothing but enjoy peace and nature. There is something for each of us there. Breyonna usually spends her time with gramma and/ or grandpa outside in the gardens. She is either watering, picking fruit off the trees and stuffing them in her face or visiting the pigeons, rabbits and chickens grandpa has out back.

David always is doing something, whether it is helping dad with something, riding the fourwheelers with Brey or just realxing on the hammoch with his amazing wife-thats me! And I enjoy doing the absolutely nothing thing. I love to just lay on the hammach or sit on the swing and just look up through the trees above. And then little brey usually comes running past as her and daddy chase grandpas chickens through the yard.

And at night the most favorite thing for us to do is walk on the sidewalk through the entire property taking in the beauty and serenity of the outdoors. And Brey always reminds us to look at the MOOOOON and the STAWZ in the Skyyyy. So much fun is the time our family spends in the most simplest of ways!
