The kids are growing way too fast so it was great to have the kids' cousins over this past Saturday! They played outside til it got dark and then they took it inside for a few games of Duck Duck Goose! Gotta love how they play that game. Little Cheaters! :)
It was literally a BrEaTH oF fReSH AiR to get out of the city and head over to our hometown. The entire trip was awesome in so many ways. My dearest mother babysat Ethan basically the entire trip. She was amazing for doing that! Brey and I were able to do so many things together. We were never at the house very long at all. We went several times to bounces houses. Went to a baby blessing. Went to all the parks. Did kite flying with my sister and then also with my sister in law Pam and her man Stew. Went up the cayon. Hung out with old friends. Breakfast with the Allen fam. And so many other things. 
What can I say besides I FREAKEN LOVE Jeramie and Holden! Jer is my #1 BESTIE (besides my mom and sister)!!! She has been there for me through the Darkest of Storms and in the Brightest of Sunshine!!! I owe so much to her for stickin' around and being my best friend when I had so many family problems and other life problems growing up.
She was ALWAYS there for me! Even when I was grumpy and would occasionally snap, she would just give me my space for a little while but would always come right back to let me vent. We were young, dumb and adventerous- Always Together- connected at the hips!! :) Man I ABSOLUTLEY MISS the GOOD OLE DAYS when we were care free and would take off walking or running as miles of Beryl would pass us by while we just talked about anything and everything! 
Now we are married and have kids. Still very close friends. Just sad that we lives so many miles apart. We always had such different plans for our future. It's a shame we can't do everything now together like we once had hoped. Life has its own course for each of us tho and I am just so GRATEFUL she is still in my life no matter the distance between!!
I love Canyon Park!! Not the play ground itself but the beautiful scenery!! OH I love walking up the Canyon trail as well! It is such a relaxing way to workout that you hardly even realize that is what you are doing. If I lived in Cedar then I would walk that trail 2x a day at least! I took some pics of our awsome walk up it with Brey but I used a disposable camera and the dang store didnt give me my cd I ordered! So I will get a cd and post them someday. 
Every time we go to Utah, Brey makes sure I take her to Jumping Jacks. When we are there, I can hardly keep track of her. That girl is so daring and fearless!
It's a place we go to let out our energy....

So I was pretty terrified of the likeliness of Rattlesnakes and stuff so we didnt stay long at all. It was more like a Pit Stop! Brey really thought the rocks were fun and she even tried to take off up the mountain.
Ethan, Lauren & Alexander...Three Little Buddies!
Little Lauren is my newest cousin(as well as little Alexander). She was due a week after Ethan but she managed to beat him into the world by two days! Born March 9th, 2010. Her blessing day was beautiful. I got my camera out a little too late. Most everyone had already gone by the time I started taking pics. I wish I would have gotten pics of all the others there. Oh well, forgetfullness happens when you're having a good time with the ones you love.
