A Late Mom's Day Tribute

I must write a little something about the two most amazing women in my life, my mother & my grandmother. They have always been the two most amazing influences in my life. I have to say that my mother and grandmother are extremely special to me. They both are similar in so many ways in my eyes so there is no guessing as to why I adore them both so much! They have both gone through so many of life's experiences. Because of their Faith and Dilligence to the Lord, they have been able to spend these recent years living life better than they could have ever imagined for themselves and their families. They are amazing because they have always put their families before any worldly thing. They are both extremely loving, caring, humble, hard working, spiritual and blessed with so many talants. I thank them for the example that they have set for me in my life and I pray that Brey and all my children to come will be able to be influenced greatly by them as well. I Love You Mom & Grandma! Many Thanks to you both for everything! Te Querdo Mucho!

A Style all of HER OWN!

K so I wasnt gonna post these pics but david and I dicided that they seriously are too cute not to share. Today I was going through the stuff in Breys room and sorting her laundry and such. And instead of helping me out Brey decided to play DRESS UP! She loves to put stuff on and prance around all cute like..its just her thing...but yet for the last three weeks straight, she will only run around the house in nothing but THE DIAPER. So when she finally is wearing something at home...NO MATTER WHAT IT IS OR WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE ON HER...I just can't help but be glad when she isnt just in her diaper EVERY TIME someone comes over during the day!

Blessed To Live In The Land Of The FREE

This 4th of July my little family got to celebrate our Independance Day in Long Beach, CA. We got to go to the the Aquarium of the Pacific and hang out at the beautiful beach in the most spectacular weather!
Our AMAZING parents and sister Monica surprised us with their WONDERFUL presence as soon as we got to the lobby of our hotel. WHAT A SWEET SHOCKER!
I guess they finally got us back for all the times we have surprised them with unknown trips to Utah! It was AWESOME though to share the holiday with them!
We love you all and hope that you too have had a fabulous 4th of July this year!

The Long Locks are Gone!

Little Breyonna FINALLY, in all her 22 months, got a haircut today which took off 3 1/4 inches of her hair!! So sad to see it go but she still looks good and she loves it so thats all that really matters.

My Dollies & I

All I have to say is that I love my dolls! Daddy is not too happy that I have so many though. Especially since every time I come back from Utah I bring home a new one. He says it is not right that I have so many babies that cant be counted on just two hands. I just give him my Silly Daddy laugh and go about my business with them anyway. After all, daddy won't possibly get rid of any of my dolls or forbid me from getting more. He loves me too much to traumatize me like that!

Baby Dancer

Our kid has a tremendously great love for dance and music. So whenever we watch any kind of show like, So You Think You Can Dance, or Americas Got Talant, Brey feels she has to get dressed up to sing or dance as well! And if the dancer has a partner then she will either grab David or I by the hand, and will pull us to the front of the tv and get us to dance with her. She is our little dancer baby!

The FUN Beauty of Art!

So we didn't get a chance to really do much for Father's Day this year besides eating out at El Pedro's. So...what better way to celebrate DAD then for David and Brey to spend time together at the Children Museum Of Phoenix...even if it is a week later!

Travis and Sara with their little bunch of cuties came too! Breyonna was so cute to watch when she gets into her "Discovery" mode. She had a BLAST!

And David was right along side her at everything she was doing with a big grin on his face too! Which was really nice to see considering when we first got to the museum, he asked... "Why do they even charge Adults if the Adults aren't gonna have fun here?".

AWE...who knew art could be just as entertaining as it is pretty?!

Can I Get Some WATER To Go With This HEAT Please?!

Seriously... can i just say that.... it feels like we are in an oven here in Phoenix, just a roasting away! Whoa Baby its HOT these days! Now that i put so much emphasis on the heat...Here we are at the Tempe Town Lake Splash Pad having the best of time playing in the water. It was pretty darn fun!

Life Outside Of The States

There has been a lot of people lately asking me how my brother is doing on his mission. So, I decided to let you see for yourself :)

Elder Stroud is doing really good. He is absolutely loving it there because he has fallen in love with the good people of the Dominican Republic. He says they are a very giving people. Even if they dont have much at all they would give you the shirt off their back! He also says that when he and his comp are out tracting, that hardly anyone turns them away. That even if they may not be interested in the gospel then they are usally still pretty nice and welcoming.

He has lived in Santiago, Nibaje, and Monte Christi. He was only in Monti Christi for these last two weeks. Now he just transfered again and is now living near Nibaje. He has never became Senior Comp or Zone Leader or District Leader yet. But he is now the Secretary of the mission.

This September, will be his one year mark! Time is flying!

We are super proud of him for all the sacrifices it takes to leave "Your" life behind and serve the Lord for two whole years! I couldn't even imagine. We are even more proud that he seems to be taking the experience to heart and is doing his best!

What Happens In Utah..is FUN!

Splish Splash!

Brey had a little Water Party for her cousins this past thursday. It was a few hours of Pizza, Slip n Slides and Pool Splashin'. The kids seemed to enjoy the time together. Man.. I cant believe how fast they grow! Hayley is a gorgous girl who has a very fun personality. Aaron...he is such a cutie. Everthing he says cracks me up. He's a silly stud. Teancum, Sinjon and Arielle are growing so fast. They are cute! So close in age so they look like they play well together. It was nice to see them. We'll have to see them all again soon.

Of Brey's Many Faces...Here are our Faves!

This kid of ours just cracks us up!!! She is so much fun for us! We would be so lost without her!!!Brey is such a character! Here are some pics of some of our favorite faces she makes. The first one is when her dad was running the riding lawn mower at Gramma and Grandpa Crawfords home and she got scared to death...and thats an understatement.. when we tried to put her on it with him! Although it was sad to see her so scared...that face really is priceless!

David had this adorable car waiting at home for Brey from our recent Utah Trip together. Breyonna fell in love with it!! This is her insisting on taking it for one last spin around the block before she is sent to bed. Oh... and yes i know that its like 95 degrees outside in phoenix and thats just at night but, Brey insisted she had to put it on in order to go outside....boy we must have instilled it in her poor little head real good from our up north camping trip..oops.

She also had her little tinkerbell four wheeler out there. she kept switching back and forth. she really enjoyed riding them off the curb. And she got a kick out of trying to run us over! What a Meanie!

Miss Breyonna Allen is loving it in Hamilton Fort! Last year she was too little to enjoy the blanket of snow that covers Southern Utah but not this year! She puts on her eskimo jacket, beanie and mittens and insists on going outside to play in 29 degree weather and even less. Isnt she the cutest little Mexican- Gringo Eskimo Baby!
