Yesterday there was nice cool weather here in AZ. It had been overcast most of the day so I took the kids out to play at the park. The kids and I had a great time. As we were going home, Miss Breyonna biffed it and nailed the pavement with her face!! I was about 20 feet behind her and Ethan was a little ways ahead on his bike. When he heard her crying, he jumped off of his bike as fast as he could and ran full speed to his sisters side. He tried to help her. I was already picking her up off of the ground though. So little brother lifted up his sisters big bike and hauled it to the sidewalk to take it home for her. At home little Ethan was very helpful in assisting me with getting antibacterial cream and band aides on Brey's minor hand scratches. It was such a cute thing to watch Ethan worry and care for his sister like that. Its always a precious thing to see their love for each other.

I think Breyonna must be trying to make a tradition out of having big battle wounds present for her birthday because, last year she got hurt right above the lips right before her big day and had a very colorful mustache bruise on her pretty little face for her last birthday. Silly girl. She is doing fine today. A little sore on the cheek but, that's expected. Glad it wasn't worse....
